Vaughan is really two different plumbing pictures depending on which street, or which floor, you're on.
Woodbridge's clay and cast-iron core
In the older core around Woodbridge, a lot of homes are still connected to clay or cast-iron sewer laterals laid decades ago, and the mature trees that make those streets pleasant to walk down are the same ones sending roots into the pipe joints underground.
