Tay Township is really three waterfront communities stitched together, and each has its own plumbing personality.
Port McNicoll's grain-terminal roots
Port McNicoll's history as a former grain-terminal town left behind a housing stock that's older on average than what you'd find in a newer Midland subdivision. A lot of these homes are still on original supply lines that were never meant to carry the load of everyday year-round living, and it usually shows up first as pressure that drops the moment two fixtures run at once.
